Well, we certainly don't have it uploaded far on the wikia. It's here as more of a "if you need it, it's here for you" sort've thing. But it is a neccessary file. Each book has a different map detailing the dogs' passages. I have only two books physically, so I can only upload two maps. But to answer your question: yes, I do think it's neccessary.
